Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace pool tiles to achieve seamless, high-quality finishes.
• Restore and replace pool coping to enhance structural integrity and visual appeal.
• Diagnose and repair cracks in pool structures to ensure durability and prevent leaks.
• Perform deck patching, ensuring consistent texture and color with existing surfaces.
• Assist in comprehensive pool remodels, including planning, material selection, and execution.
• Work closely with project teams to meet deadlines while maintaining superior craftsmanship.
• Adhere to safety standards, keeping work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mason, preferably in pool or outdoor construction projects.
• Expertise in tile installation, coping repair, and concrete work.
• Strong knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and execute precise measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation

• Starting salary: $65,000 per year.
