Weekly Maintenance

Weekly Pool Service DFW

Our Weekly Service Coverage Area continues to expand. Please call us to see if we are now serving your area and let us provide you with a free estimate for Weekly Scheduled Maintenance.

Weekly Service Rates are as follows:

  • Weekly Service Rates start at $32.00 per visit
  • Flat monthly chemical Fee: $50.00 for pools up to 20,000 gallons

Before service is started, our Route Manager will provide a free written estimate with a Weekly Service Contract specifying your weekly service rate. Simply complete, sign and return the written contract to us and we will start your service upon receipt of the completed contract.

Our Weekly Service includes:

  • Test Water: Weekly for Chlorine, pH and Total Alkalinity. Monthly for Calcium Hardness and Cyanuric Acid (“Stabilizer”) Levels
  • Adjust Chemicals as Required
  • Empty Skimmer and Pump Baskets
  • Clean Automatic Cleaner Bags and Filter Screens
  • Brush Pool Wall
  • Skim Pool Surface
  • Vacuum or Leaf Master
  • Backwash Filter Monthly
  • Verify Operation of Equipment

We ask that our customers please:

  • Maintain the pool/spa water level for proper servicing of the pool
  • Provide safe access to the pool/spa including access through gates and the proper restraint of pets
  • Ensure that equipment remains in sound working condition

 

To show our appreciation for your loyalty, all weekly service customers receive a 15% labor discount on any mechanical repairs.

Our Technicians attend Industry & Manufacturer Sponsored Training to ensure that their knowledge is both comprehensive and current.

COVID-19 NOTICE

We want to assure you that Superior Pool Service and all our employees are taking the COVID-19 virus very seriously. We want you to know what we are doing to keep you safe and to keep ourselves safe from this virus while we continue to maintain your pool.

First, we want you to know that we are at an advantage in that we work with chlorinated (and sanitized) water all day long. The National Swimming Pool Foundation and the Center for Disease Control recommend 1 to 3 parts per million of chlorine in your swimming pool water. This level will kill viruses and bacteria in 3 to 5 seconds and is the level we have always maintained in your pool each visit.

Additionally, our Pool Technicians will be doing everything they can to keep themselves bacteria and virus free during and between our service stops. We have minimal contact with other people in our work capacity and ensure we have the absolute minimal contact outside of our work as well.

During the weekly service visit we ask that you do not have anyone outside while we are servicing your pool. We will not be knocking on doors but will call you if we need to get in contact with you regarding your pool. Therefore, we ask that you make sure gates are unlocked and pets are inside or locked up on your regularly scheduled service day.
